We are living in Austin currently. We were referred to Kim Pojeta in Naples Florida. We are moving to Naples and wanted to build a custom Home there. Kim sold us the land to build and found a builder to build it! We happily completed the bulk of our transactions remotely. All because she had LISTENED TO ALL OF OUR NEEDS!

Kim did a superb job as we looked for and bought a new home. She efficiently arranged all the appointments to see houses, prepared all the paperwork so that we understood it but weren't overwhelmed, and advised us throughout the process. Just as important, in this market of high demand, she pushed us so that the best opportunities were not gone before we could consider them and react. I've been flipping properties for almost 20 years and have dealt with more realtors than most people will ever have to. There are many things one would expect from a realtor, but for me, communication is probably at the top of the list. Kim is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with in this regard. You call her and she answers. On the rare occasion she can't answer, she's calling you back within 15 minutes. She can answer most questions you might have, and if she can't, she will have your answers in no time. She's great in negotiations and very knowledgeable about home values and price trends. Also, I usually look for possible investment properties myself. I never could get any realtor to devote any time to cherry pick listings based on my criteria. They would just send me a list of every property in a 20 mile radius to make sure that when I find a house, they can say it was in the list of hundreds of homes sent to me at one time. That's how they wanted to get credit for helping me. I see right through that laziness. Kim will send me emails that contain just one home that really needs consideration. That shows she's really paying attention to what I'm telling her. Kim is my realtor, and will be until I stop flipping houses. If you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and skip over all the other potential nightmare realtors who will say anything to get you to sign on the line. You could research realtors for months and still end up with a dud. Call Kim and keep your sanity.

Kim and TJ are very knowledgeable and guided us through the search process with great patience and encouragement. They researched many properties within our budget and were very responsive to the myriad of questions we had regarding value, potential increase in value, And specific neighborhoods and condo associations. They helped us eliminate a number of listings with a potential for mechanical issues, construction defects and a history of issues that were apparent to the trained eye.
